(1) A patent, design or trademark registered in one's name can be transferred to someone else's name and given or given permission in writing.
(2) If they want to be transferred or allowed to use according to subsection (1), the holder of such patent, design or trade mark and the person who wants to transfer or use such patent, design or trade mark shall submit a joint application to the department. .
(3) If an application is made in accordance with sub-section (2), the department may grant permission to transfer or use such patent, design or trademark.
(4) If the department gives permission to transfer according to sub-section (3), the patent, design or trademark shall be registered in the name of the transferee.
(5) If the department grants permission to use according to sub-section (2), the copy of the same shall be given to the person who is allowed to use the same in the registration book and certificate in the business department.
